Illusen's Glade
Illusen's quests increase in rarity of the item she asks for as you complete higher level quests. The rarity of the item she asks for in the first quest ranges from 10 to 15. Quest 15 will be around rarity 60. Quest 25 will be around rarity 85. Rarity 99 items will be asked for starting around the level 35 quest. You will not always pay more for each quest than you did for the last, but it is a good idea to have several thousand neopoints available and 100,000 neopoints available in quests after level 30. You will not be able to get unbuyable items for the quests in time unless you already have them.
Notes: Illusen could ask for items that cost over a million neopoints and only gives you about 16 minutes and 40 seconds. You should only do her quests if you have neopoints to spare and think you can make it through level 35. If you just want the items, it is cheaper to buy them from the shop wizard.

Jhudora's Cloud
Jhudora's quests are like Illusen's except that she asks for more expensive items at each level because she makes increases in rarity more quickly. Her prizes at lower levels are really cheap to get at the shop wizard.
