It will give you a message that says something like
server=Our records show that the wheel hasn't finished spinning!&timeleft=2558000.

Ignore the last 3 zeroes of the counter. This example means the wheel will stop in 2,558 seconds which is about 42 minutes. When the timer reaches 900000, the message will be server=done and you will receive your prize, but the wheel will continue to spin for the last 15 minutes (900 seconds) and then stop and tell you what prize you won. If you have already found your prize in your inventory or do not care to know what space was landed on, you may close the wheel after you get the message server=done.
