This could last a short time or a whole day. You can also get banned from the shop wizard for refreshing a lot in a certain time period. This is done because people spend all day on the shop wizard looking to buy items cheap and resell them for a lot more. These people are easy to spot. They will have sometimes hundreds or thousands of one item in their shop.
