The shop wizard separates players by their username so more people can have their shop viewed. To get the highest price when selling an item, look for other users with the same first letter in their username. That is the list of people whose shops you will be competing against. When buying from the shop wizard, the first list that comes up may not contain the lowest price. You may want to continue refreshing until you have seen all the lists so you know where the cheapest price on the item you want can be found. Below is how the usernames match up with each other.

1, B, O
2, C, P
3, D, Q
4, E, R
5, F, S
6, G, T
7, H, U
8, I, V
9, J, W
_, K, X
L, Y
M, Z

There are currently 13 lists to look on for lowest price. These lists are first sorted by price and then alphabetically by username so a user named ELEPHANTE would listed before a user named RUKI if they had the same price on the item being searched for.
